Packed full of protein, these muffins are sure to keep your family full until the next meal.

Muffins: Sausage Egg & Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a skillet cook sausage. You can use any type of ground spiced sausage: mild breakfast, spicy breakfast, Italian, chorizo, or mix a two together.

  3. While the sausage is cooking, line a muffin tin with  muffin liners.

  4. Place sausage in the muffin cups and sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups over the sausage.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set. 


1 lb Purely Pastured Farm Ground Sausage

1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar, pepper jack)

8  Purely Pastured Farm Eggs

1/4 cup Heavy Cream (milk will work too)

3/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper
