Our boston butt roasts are halved, averaging between 3-5 lbs each. 
 
This roast is the top part of the shoulder (despite its name Boston "Butt") that sits above the picnic roast. The boston butt tends to be more tender and has more fat than the picnic roast. Slow cooked or grilled and you have the perfect pulled pork meal!
 
Raised on pasture and free to roam the land (within their paddocks), these pigs spent their days rooting and foraging! They are exposed to sunshine and can run, jump and exercise. This results in healthier animals and a nutritious product for you!
