Cut straight from the shoulder, aka the boston butt, these 1/2 inch thick pork steaks are great for grilling. The shoulder isn't as heavily used by the pig so it has a higher fat content with good marbling.
Raised on pasture and free to roam the land (within their paddocks), these pigs spent their days rooting and foraging! They are exposed to sunshine and can run, jump and exercise. This results in healthier animals and a nutritious product for you!
