Oven Baked Chicken Legs


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven safe rack on top.

  2. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels. Arrange the chicken legs on the rack.

  3. Brush the chicken legs with melted butter (or oil). Add seasonings to chicken.

  4. Bake the chicken legs in the oven for 25 minutes. Flip legs and bake another 10-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 170°.

  5. Optional step: If the chicken legs are not as crispy as you would like, place under the broiler for a couple of minutes.

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
