Introduction
Tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor, these oven-baked country style ribs are pure comfort food. Made with our pasture-raised pork, they're generously seasoned and slow-roasted until fall-apart tender, then finished with a sticky glaze of your favorite barbecue sauce. The result? A hearty, satisfying dish that’s perfect for a cozy dinner at home — no grill required. Serve them up with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or cornbread for a true homestyle meal.

Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Season the ribs: In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Rub seasoning all over the ribs.
Arrange in a baking dish: Place ribs in a single layer in a baking dish or on a rimmed sheet pan. Add a splash (about ¼ cup) of water or broth to the bottom to keep them moist. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 2 to 2½ hours, until the ribs are fork tender.
Add BBQ sauce: Remove foil, brush ribs with barbecue sauce, and return to the oven uncovered.
Finish baking for 20–30 more minutes, until caramelized and sticky.
Rest and serve: Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve with extra sauce if desired.
